Exela Retail Centers are operating inside and along with optical locations offering a full range of services for the needs of our customers.  We  have made and will always stress to our employees that our customer's satisfaction is  our primary  goal, and in fact is the primary reason for our existence.

The Exela Retail Centers all have an easily accessible counter with a trained hearing professional to greet you and answer any questions that you may have concerning your hearing, and about the advanced solutions we offer to get you back into the conversations of life. They will also have video education systems to assist the you in understanding the selections and benefits of the advanced devices we offer.
 
The retail locations share a similarity to the EHS Clinical Centers because both are very tightly linked to optical and offer such an option to patients in a retail setting. Dedicated hearing staff at each location are specifically trained in the EHS systems. These locations also contain a pharmacy, optical store and general medical products to meet a wide variety of customer needs. 



 


You can quickly schedule a free hearing test and consultation in one of our state-of-the-art hearing rooms. A typical hearing room set up is shown to the right.  Advanced, detailed frequency  range and  audible level  tests as well as  additional tests for distortion  can be accomplished on-site.
