Exela Hearing Services was founded to develop new channels for the direct sale of hearing instruments.

There are two primary channels that are the focus for the organization:

EHS Clinical Centers - are located inside ophthalmology and optical clinics throughout the United States.  These centers are staffed with dedicated audiology and dispensing staff to conduct diagnostics, fitting and dispensing of hearing systems. EHS Clinical Centers offer the value and comfort of a medical setting for the patient to get the best quality products and care. We believe in the value of operating within the medical optometry and ophthalmology channels of American Optical Services and have a strong partnership with this quality organization.  The hearing devices are a premium value for the very best technology available.

Exela Retail Centers - are operating inside optical locations of significant retail companies with a history of serving the patient needs. These locations share a similarity to the EHS Clinical Centers because both are very tightly linked to optical and offer such an option to patients in a retail setting. Dedicated hearing staff at each location are specifically trained in the EHS systems.
